If you receive an item that is damaged or stained, please refuse the shipment upon delivery. If it is discovered after delivery, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Retain the original packaging and take photos of the item. Do not try to repair or clean it. We will attempt to issue a replacement. If one is not available, we will offer a refund.
If you have changed your mind about the product, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at email@example.com or 800-423-7757 x1. We will provide shipping instructions for you. Once received, we will inspect the item and issue a refund for the appropriate amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee of 15% will also be deducted from your refund. To receive your maximum refund, the item must be unused and in original condition. We will not accept returns when contacted past the 14-day window.
We do not accept returns on special order items, clearance items, or floor samples.

We are currently only set up to ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). If you have a US-based freight forwarder, we can ship it to the address provided. Please note that the customer assumes all responsibility for the product’s condition after delivery to the US address is completed.
