For fabric, leather, vinyl and wood and hard surface furniture. All coverages are for covered accidental occurrences from a specific incident.

Coverage for Fabric, Leather and Vinyl Furniture*

  • Stains caused by any food or beverage normally consumed by humans.
  • Mold and mildew stains caused by food or beverage spills.
  • Stains caused by human or pet bodily fluids.
  • Stains caused by grass, grease, ballpoint pen ink, iodine, nail polish, cosmetics, lipstick, crayon, and shoe polish.
  • Rips, cuts, punctures or burns from a specific incident.

Coverage for Wood and Hard Surface Furniture*

  • Stains caused by any food or beverage normally consumed by humans.
  • Mold and mildew stains caused by food or beverage spills.
  • Breakage of wood or other hard surface from a specific incident.
  • Gouge, heat mark or liquid ring from a specific incident.
  • Breakage of glass or mirror components (with the exception of crowned or curved glass).

Term: 5 years

Invoice Limit: $20,000

Coverage: Covers materials and labor costs to service covered stains or damages. If it can't be cleaned or repaired it will be replaced.

Service Request Reporting Time: Report all service requests to Guardian within 30 days of the occurrence.

Protection Plan Support Services: The Protection Plans are administered by Guardian Protection Products, Inc. Guardian's contact center is located here in the USA and is staffed with specialists to help resolve your customer's service requests in a personal and friendly manner.

Fully Supported Plans: Protection plans are provided by CNA Warranty Service, Inc. or one of its affiliates, to ensure that every protection plan sold by Guardian will be compliant, secure and backed for the term of the plan.

If you receive an item that is damaged or stained, please refuse the shipment upon delivery. If it is discovered after delivery, please contact us immediately at Retain the original packaging and take photos of the item. Do not try to repair or clean it. We will attempt to issue a replacement. If one is not available, we will offer a refund.

If you have changed your mind about the product, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at or 800-423-7757 x1. We will provide shipping instructions for you. Once received, we will inspect the item and issue a refund for the appropriate amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee of 15% will also be deducted from your refund. To receive your maximum refund, the item must be unused and in original condition. We will not accept returns when contacted past the 14-day window.

We do not accept returns on special order items, clearance items, or floor samples.

We are currently only set up to ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). If you have a US-based freight forwarder, we can ship it to the address provided. Please note that the customer assumes all responsibility for the product’s condition after delivery to the US address is completed.
